Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Soal Latihan CPNS mobile application operated by us.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Soal Latihan CPNS application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access or use the application.

2. Application Use and License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the application on a mobile device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use for educational and exam preparation purposes.

3. Offline Nature and Data Loss

The application operates entirely offline. All your test results, progress, and preferences are saved locally on your device. We do not provide cloud backup services. You acknowledge that if you uninstall the app, clear the app data, or lose your device, your local data will be permanently lost. We are not responsible for any data loss.

4. Accuracy of Educational Content

While we strive to provide accurate, up-to-date, and highly relevant CPNS simulation questions and explanations, the application is intended for practice and simulation purposes only. We do not guarantee that the questions will appear in the actual official CPNS exams, nor do we guarantee that using this application will result in passing the official exam. The content is provided "as is" without any warranties.

5. Intellectual Property

The application, including its original content (questions, explanations, articles), features, design system, and functionality, are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our application.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the application; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party; (iii) any content obtained from the application.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms.
